(DHK NEWS) Police have arrested ten people in connection with high explosives found in the abandoned ATV film studios in Sai Kung. The Police officer said some of them claimed that they are part of a local radical group. Police said they believe the building in Sai Kung was being used to make and test explosives. The explosives seized, know as TATP, which is highly unstable explosive. The police also seized detonators and air guns.
